Thoughts in a square frame!

The sprawling blue sky. { The immense sea. ~ On a Sunday morning, on an otherwise bright sunny day, a stroll on the beach is befitting indeed. } Dogs happily going after the ball or a twig or an object thrown by the owner; children on prams being pushed by a parent; elderly couples power walking to exercise their knees and joints; and the disciplined swimmers with wet suits and floaters to thwart the cold water that would normally numb ones hands and limbs. :: A French pianist friend of mine and I had a lovely promenade, reminiscing about this and that along the way. The Portsmouth harbour has been a witness to our friendship despite our distances. The hills of the Isle of Wight was too, busy, looking at the tides, the leisurely people, and the container ships that ferry goods, and at times desperate immigrants who wish to experience a better life in Great Britain. ~ The coffee place is usually crowded and a warm drink after a long walk from is experiencing seventh heaven indeed. ~~<
